Scholarship Application

KANSAS STATE DAUGHTERS OF ISABELLA SCHOLARSHIP APPLICATION

AMOUNT: $500.00 Per Sponsoring Circle's Diocese

REQUIREMENTS: Applicant should be a MEMBER of the Daughters of Isabella or a daughter or a granddaughter of a Member. And the application must be completed and returned before January 31, 2010.

Other Requirements: Fill out extracurricular Church, Honors for last year only. Give a brief description of desire/needs for scholarship

Must attend an Accredited Institution

Recipient may be a guest Saturday or Sunday April 17 or 18 in McPherson for the presentation either at the evening meal or Sunday brunch.

Recipient to be chosen by the State Officers prior to the Conference.

Recipient will be announced at the April Conference and the scholarship is to be used for the following school term.

Applicant must furnish a wallet size photo with the application for possible publishing in Catholic papers.

Applicant can be a senior in high school, technical school or a college undergraduate.

Applicant can only be awarded the scholarship one time and can only apply in one Kansas Diocese when applying.

Winners are responsible to furnish to the Kansas State Regent of the Daughters of Isabella proof of enrollment from the college or technical school they are attending. Payment will be made upon acknowledgement from Registrar office where student is attending.
